The public weekly page shows neighborhood counts and anonymized teaser bands. Monday’s email is a sample of newly published tracked listings with exact asking prices and original portal links. Do I have to confirm before Monday’s email starts?

Why do some neighborhoods have no published numbers?
We publish a per-neighborhood statistic only where n is at least 20 tracked listings. Below that gate we show a coverage-status page instead of a thin number. Every published figure states its own sample size (n) and month. The methodology page is the permanent reference.
