The Tel Aviv Property Report Index is English-language Tel Aviv-Yafo market data from 1,037 tracked active listings (July 2026) joined to registered sales on nadlan.gov.il. Every figure states its sample size (n) and month. Neighborhood numbers publish only at n ≥ 20.
