The Tel Aviv Property Report is an independent English-language property publication analyzing Tel Aviv's residential market for international buyers, using proprietary data from thousands of listings tracked across 30 neighborhoods.

What we do

We track thousands of Tel Aviv apartment listings across roughly 30 neighborhoods and turn that proprietary data into buying guidance for international buyers: median asking prices, price per square metre, days on market, and safe-room (mamad) availability by neighborhood — published in English, with every figure stating its sample size and method.

Our data & methodology

Every statistic we publish is computed from our own tracked-listing dataset. We state the sample size (n) and the period for each figure, and publish per-neighborhood numbers only where n is at least 20. We describe tracked asking listings — never "holdings" — and, where available, compare asking prices against official closed-transaction data. This methodology page will be expanded into a permanent, citable reference.
